After months of hard work, finally the signing ceremony for the transfer of Trelleborg Material & Mixing to QEW Engineered Rubber was there.

On behalf of Trelleborg were present Mr. Lars E Olsson and Mr. Hakan Jonsson. QEW was represented by Peter Stello who, after signing, became the proud owner of the company.

To celebrate this great event, the special (handmade) cakes with the QEW logo were cut and Peter expressed his faith in the company’s future.

“By this step we will jointly move onwards to a great future. I am grateful that Trelleborg has made the Management Buy Out possible and we will continue to support the Trelleborg factories as much as possible.”
