QEW Engineered Rubber B.V. is an independent operating company with international stakes in the rubber industry. QEW Engineered Rubber B.V. is specialized in the development, production and distribution of high quality technical rubber compounds.

Objective quality, environment, safety and health:

The objective of QEW Engineered Rubber B.V. is to develop, produce and deliver rubber compounds, which are compliant with the wishes, needs and expectations of customers. During the development of products and processes, quality, environment, safety and health are constantly being taken into account. QEW Engineered Rubber B.V. applies an integrated management system that complies with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 26000.

• Reduce and if possible prevent our environmental impact like producing waste and reduce the emission of harmful gases. If reducing waste is not an option, this will be transformed into energy as much as possible.
• Conduct research to substitute harmful substances for less harmful substances for people and environment.
• Make effort to diversify our personnel according to our modern society.
• Offer relevant information and training to our employees and make them aware of quality, environment, safety and health aspects.
• Provide information to our stakeholders.
• Advance partnerships with our customers and suppliers to optimize the adjustment of their interest and business.
• Actively respond to developments in laws and legislations, needs and expectations of our stakeholders regarding to quality of the product, safety of the product, health and the environment.
• Draw plans and provide resources to realize this policy.
• Frequently monitor the realization of this policy and, if needed, adjust these plans.
